Overview
A corporate communication package taken from concept to delivery — script and direction, the shoot itself with crew and equipment, then edit, grade, sound and graphics, delivered in the formats each channel required.
Challenge and approach
The challenge
Corporate film defaults to the walkthrough: a camera moving through a building while a voice lists capabilities. It is easy to produce and almost impossible to watch, and it says nothing a page of text could not.
The approach
The film was built around a single argument rather than a tour, with the shoot planned from the edit backwards so every setup had a reason to be filmed. Graphics were designed as part of the edit rather than added over it, and the delivery set was cut per channel rather than trimmed from one master.
Frames
Closer, and one more way.
These frames are a representative treatment of the discipline, not a record of the delivered files — the artwork is the studio’s own. Project photography is published here as each client releases it.
Presentation
The same piece built in three dimensions, turning as the page moves past it. It is a way of showing the work, not a second photograph of it — and not a substitute for the files themselves.
Process
How it was made.
- 01Shoot planned backwards from the edit
- 02Graphics designed into the edit, not layered over it
- 03Delivery cut per channel rather than trimmed from one master
